newsky88

CLAUSE 1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between newsky88 ("Platform", "we") and each individual ("Player", "you") who accesses, registers, or uses the services provided on this website.

newsky88 operates under an international licence and offers online gambling services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and card games to eligible players.

This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any part of our platform. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are advised not to use the newsky88 platform.

CLAUSE 2 Player Eligibility

To register and use newsky88 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be located in a region that does not restrict access to online gambling services.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

CLAUSE 3 Account Registration

Each player is only allowed to hold one account at newsky88. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, using different information or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full name, mobile phone number, and active email address. This information is used for identity verification and payment processing purposes.

newsky88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes, including a copy of your MyKad or valid identification document. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. All activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you report unauthorised access to us within a reasonable time.

CLAUSE 4 Deposits and Payment Methods

newsky88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per payment method. Successful deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received by our system.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account to make deposits is prohibited and may result in funds being held pending the completion of an investigation.

CLAUSE 5 Fund Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Approved withdrawals will be processed and sent to your account within one hour of the request being submitted.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same player's name. newsky88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or in suspicious situations.

Withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings obtained from bonuses is subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests that are complete and meet all requirements will be processed within one hour.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to the confirmation time of the relevant blockchain network.
• Players are responsible for ensuring the recipient account details are correct — errors cannot be reversed once a transfer has been made.

CLAUSE 6 Bonuses and Promotions

newsky88 offers a welcome bonus to new members of 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

As a worked example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750. For a deposit of RM2,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 will be given, the balance becomes RM3,700, and the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

All other promotions including VIP cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions have their own conditions, which will be stated separately when the relevant promotion is launched.

CLAUSE 7 Game Rules

All games offered on the newsky88 platform are operated in accordance with their respective game rules. The outcome of a completed game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game, newsky88 reserves the right to cancel the affected round and return the original bet to the player. Results achieved during a technical disruption will not be recognised.

Players are prohibited from using any software, bots, or automated methods to interact with games. Any attempt to manipulate game results by any means will result in immediate account termination.

ARTICLE 8 Security and Privacy

newsky88 uses the latest data encryption technology to protect players' personal and financial information. All transactions are processed through secure channels that comply with industry security standards.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are subject to the Privacy Policy of newsky88, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the applicable Privacy Policy.

newsky88 will not share players' personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law or in the course of operating platform services (such as payment processing).

ARTICLE 9 Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following are strictly prohibited on the newsky88 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game results.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activities to make deposits.

ARTICLE 10 Responsible Gambling

newsky88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides various tools to help players manage their gambling habits, including self-exclusion options, deposit limits, and session time limits.

ARTICLE 12 Amendments to Terms

newsky88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via registered email or a notice displayed on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the newsky88 platform after amended terms come into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
